The Greenhouse Apartments

I have had a positive experience living at Greenhouse Apartments. The management team has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Communication has been clear, and any issues were handled efficiently. The location is very convenient, and the overall living environment has been comfortable and well maintained. I appreciate the support from the management team and their willingness to help residents when needed.

Random review but just crossed my mind to write after all of this time. We’ve lived here going on 6 years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Greenhouse. The building is safe/secure, Bobby/steve in maintenance take care of things same day, both Kevin’s at the front desk are the best- friendly, very sweet to dogs and secure your packages! On top of it, Leslie/Kim/Jackie in the leasing office have always been so great to work with :) I’ve referred soooo many people to this building not only because of the location/amenities, but the staff really want you to have a positive experience living here. There truly is no other type of building that offers this experience in the area. I won’t be moving any time soon!!!! Love the greenhouse and will always be grateful for it makin

The management does nothing with the complaints. Not recommended to live here. Has reported to Boston Housing Authority and Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. If you have similar concern please do so as well.

Terrific building and community! I’ve enjoyed every single minute so far. Everything is magnificently clean and the location is superb. Kim Scherber and Leslie Hull from the leasing office were very kind and helpful and I think it’s a great fit for me!

Best location in Boston. The concierge peeps are awesome...shout-out to Kevin Sr. and Kevin Jr. for always brightening my day. Kim, Leslie and Phyllis in leasing are so sweet and helpful. Maintenance takes care of every request in a timely manner! Everyone here is an absolute gem 💎 I love it here!! Found some of my besties in this building, so that's the cherry on top of the sundae!! 🍨
