The staff here is absolutely amazing! Casandra is like a dream property manager she is so helpful, patient, understanding, and kind. She helped me with every step of the application process, kindly answered all of my endless questions, and she walked me through the apartment complex to get me acquainted to my new home! She made me feel at home before I even moved in, and she’s been staying touch to make sure everything is still good 100/10 manager! Maintenance is fantastic!! They are at the door within a couple of hours of a request, they’re kind and respectful, and they actually get the job done and then some! The administration behaves in a very interesting way, accepting several people at once, even though each had their own appointment. After inspecting the apartment, the administration employee, for some unknown reason, began to serve the girl who arrived after us, which confused us. We got the impression that they are reluctant to serve people who came from abroad (Europe). The complex does not have any gates or fencing. They also do not have indoor parking or garages. The kitchen furniture is very old. There is a laundry room located on site, therefore please be aware that the apartment does not come with a washer and dryer. Been living here over a month and can't express how impressed we are.. I put in a maintenance request and they have been here to fix it within an hour, also asking about any additional needs at the time😁 The office staff has been helpful and also responded quickly with answers for anything we need. Great location for is and unusually quiet for the area!!

Tae is the best! She always comes through for me and my wife she is Super reliable, professional, and so sweet every time she’s here. I can always count on her to get the job done right , highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who really takes pride in their work!

Overall the apartment that we looked at was okay. However , I was very disappointed with their application process. We were told it would take 24 -48 hours on getting feedback from the application. However, there was some issues with my spouses application..Instead of them calling me and communicating that with us , so that we could get the process moving a little quicker . They just never contacted us at all . We were sitting waiting and waiting for a response , finally I had to call up to the office and find out what the hold up was on the processing of the application. Long story short we ended up finding somewhere else to stay, and everything is great now. For me this situation was a turn off . I will definitely never consider moving to The Grandons.
