I see some negative comments from tenants here, but as someone who has worked in the property management field, I can say that the relationship between tenants and management is a two-way street. When a tenant is reasonable, responsible, and fair, the management company will treat them the same way. This company has always been professional, transparent, and respectful with me. Unfortunately, nowadays many tenants don’t follow basic rules, don’t read their lease agreements, or don’t want to take responsibility, and those are often the same people who come to Google to leave negative reviews. My experience as tenant has been very positive, and I would definitely recommend this property management company.

We have had Grandin managing our property for a long time, and have been so pleased with retention and communication. Their mgmt fees are very reasonable. Everything is prompt and professional. I also believe our tenants are treated fairly, as they have stayed for years and treat the home with care. Grandin doesn’t rent gouge them, and I appreciate that. We have had a great experience.

Jason Roggenesee is one of the most rude and unpleasant individuals I’ve ever encountered in my life. People that say good things about him are property owners that hire him to manage their properties and people that say bad things about him are the tenants renting from his property management company. So if you’re an owner then you’ll likely be satisfied and if you’re a renter then your overall wellbeing will not be regarded by The Grandin Agency. Consider Lawson Realty or Park Place Realty instead.
