Your online rent payment service is down it Saturday July 2 at 11:30 AM I have made 3 attempts to pay my mother's rent. I have called and left a message with your answering service. When I Google Atlantic at Brookrun and click on the website button it says "off line." I paid online last month with a link the office manager sent me. Why is the web ? address via google not working? How do you expect people to find you? Who is in charge of your web presence on Google? You need to talk with them. Also you need to allow for more than one account to be saved to a resident, at a minimum two accounts from which the rent can be paid. Why you may ask? This place is worse than the projects. Don't move any of your family here. The property was sold to the worst mangment company out of Houston Texas. I have tried repeatedly the speak with someone in the Corp office that never seems to happen this is the worse place ever

We have found the staff very responsive and it has been a pleasant place for my mother over the last 6 years.
