The Grand Parkway Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of working with Audrey, the sales manager at Grand Parkway Apartments, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Audrey truly went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring that every detail was perfect and making the entire process seamless and pleasant. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and spacious, perfectly designed for a 55+ community. One of the standout amenities is the heated pool and hot tub, which is quite rare and adds an extra layer of luxury and comfort. Overall, Grand Parkway Apartments offers an ideal living environment, and Audrey’s exceptional service truly sets them apart. I highly recommend The Grand Parkway Apartments.

Audrey M was efficient and knowledgeable as she gave the tour of the facility! Most of all, Audrey was compassionate and kind. It was evident she enjoys her job and cares about the elderly residents that live in this facility. It’s a superb environment!!

I toured the apartments today. I really like the floor plans. I love the decoration space outside each door. A big plus for me is all the apartments have a patio. Everyone one I met was very nice. I am looking for my aunt and, I think she could be happy there.

The Grand Parkway is a beautiful place to live. My friend Robin Abernathy moved in last week and is quickly getting her home in order. She has a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with a large patio with views of the swimming pool and the lake next to it so she gets to see her ducks! It is early days but so far the staff and maintenance have been very helpful.

Do not believe their response posted below!!! They seemed to have gone out of the way to make it as difficult and expensive as possible when we submitted our early termination with a 60 day notice. We found the upper management to be our worst nightmare. We found it to be a serious financial burden and crisis to try to move out of here and we found them to be dishonest and heavy handily cruel in their move out process. A nightmare! We pleaded with them to keep their part of the agreement but they did not and then they then penalized us trying to force us to sign a non disclosure agreement if we moved out early even though we gave the pro WE DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. we would just say absolutely no!!!!!!!
