The Gramercy at Town Center

Management is GREAT! Specifically Annette and Rosie. They're friendly and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They speak to you with respect, regard and concern- handling matters with urgency and professionalism. I've never had issues with either of them. The apartments are pretty well kept but the maintenance team does need improvement and enhancement..... they're too few maintenence workers for this many apartments! I LOVED the last guy who was here....Shaun/Sean/Shawn..... he was a GREAT worker, always had a positive attitude, always respectful and careful not to leave a mess behind when entering and fixing things in your apartment and ALWAYS did a superior job!....... the other guy....eehh not so much quality 🙄 amongst other things. No place is perfect but I'm grateful for pleasan

Been living here for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say about living at the Gramercy. And no, they did not pay me to say all this, lol. The leasing management team is kind, friendly and willing to go above and beyond for the residents. For me, the best thing about living here is the pet friendly environment. The leasing office is always so warm and welcoming to my fur-babies! Shout out to the maintenance team as well. Never have an issue with getting help from them in my three years I’ve been here. Come stay here if you like convenience, love/have animal dependents, and want to live in an stress-free community.

Overall good. Great leasing office/management team/maintenance team. But the apartment gates need to get fixed soon/replaced because that’s been an ongoing problem for months on and off. The gate is open at random times, so any cars could technically get through and park in the community, hence a safety concern. Annette, Ernika and Nori have been very timely with addressing any issues I have. Grateful for this apartment community! It is peaceful and the rooms are very spacious/clean. A little pricey but the community is well maintained and accessible to many shopping places.

Management is great ! Everyone in the sales office is very friendly and actually there to help. My brother lives here and recently had surgery, I came in town to help him recover. His nurse suggested having grab bars installed in his shower. I went to the office to ask and everyone reached out to help me with the forms needed to order. They came in and were installed within a week ! They are great. Maintenance also gets a 👍 ! Thank you all, Marilyn and Donnie

My husband and I were in the area apartment hunting and found this cozy humble abode. We decided to check it out and the leasing/amenity building was breathtaking and very clean. We loved the apartment style and the cute shelf outside each door where residents would decorate with seasonal or homey items. It reminded me of back home. The leasing team was amazing friendly and welcoming. Curtis was our tour guide and he was very professional and informative. 10/10 experience and highly recommended.
