The Grace

Just renewed my lease for another year at The Grace, and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love my apartment and VIEW. The staff are all fantastic - big shoutout to Katrina at the front desk, she is wonderful. Also, all of the maintenance staff - whenever I have any thing come up, they are on top of it and always pleasant to work with. Kevin in the leasing office is always a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

We’ve lived at The Grace for over a year, and the location and convenience are unmatched. The management team consistently addresses and resolves any issues that arise. One concierge in particular, Katrina, stands out for her exceptional service. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and her attention to detail and willingness to help make a real difference. Katrina is truly a valuable asset to the team.

Way past due as my initial tour was in June 2024 and I visited just recently, several times in between because these units are top notch. The tours with each of the agents were good. Jordan whom I toured with initially and was my main point of contact is amazing. He was able to provide guidance and direction for future tours and each of the units recommended were excellent. The property is well kept and top-notch. Definitely recommended for all aspects... apartment layout, amenities, location, and the ((views)) are amazing! It is overall a fun and sophisicated place to be.

Recently moved into the Grace and immediately felt a cozy, at home vibe with lovely chats in the lobby with the great concierge team! Katrina is so kind and welcoming, she was there on the day I moved in and was extremely patient and supportive as I navigated some delays with my movers. If you’re looking for a friendly neighborhood feel in the city, this is it!

I’ve been at The Grace now for over a year and really love the building and its location! Very accessible via metro and car and has so many restaurants and places you can go walking. Front desk Staff is great, super helpful and friendly- specially Katrina! She always has a smile on her face and makes things so easy for us!
