The Glenwood

I’ve been resident for nearly 2 years. This apt. is quite literally the most disgusting from a cleanliness perspective I’ve ever experienced! On a day to day avg. housing projects are cleaner than the Glenwood! What I understand is management is typically dismissive and want to do as little as possible. That’s typical of most apt. management companies this is profit motive. But what I don’t understand is they have a “cleaning” crew. At least I see them sometimes and mopping occasionally. But it’s like this cleaning crew doesn’t really clean, have proper oversight or isn’t cleaning often enough. The lobby has mail thrown all over the entrance table. The lobby trash can is always filled to capacity, The doors are always dirty grimey and even when mopped it’s like they use the existing dirt a

I recommended this place to a close relative and immensely regret it. They were SO strange and I have no idea why- they seem nice but I wouldnt recommend to anyone else. Also a lot of the units are definitely Airbnbs if you don’t mind that kind of thing, we asked multiple passing strangers entering if they lived there on our way out and they all said no…

Nice building, clean and safe, and the management team was a pleasure to deal with, responsive and competent.

Das Zimmer bzw die Wohnung war toll, wenn man rein gekommen ist. Wir hatten Glück und die Codes die wir bekommen haben, waren richtig. Andere hatten dieses Glück nicht und saßen vor der geschlossenen Tür und mussten warten bis jemand kam. Das kam leider nicht selten vor. Wir haben es selbst vier Mal in zwei Tagen mit bekommen. Das Fotnessstudio war auch toll, wenn man rein gekommen ist. Unser Keyb Fob hat leider nicht funktioniert und man war nicht in der Lage uns in den Tagen unseres Aufenthalts einen neuen zu Verfügung zu stellen. Sehr schade!
