The Glens at Diamond Ridge

Our move in was a memorable one. The Staff person who received us was welcoming, warm and professional, in person of Tiffany. All other staffs were very nice and professional. Tiffany and other good staffs assisted us with the application process, making it a smooth process. Tiffany welcomed us into our beautiful home, with awesome fragrance and beautiful quiet environment. The Glens At Diamond Ridge is a home you would love to live and race your kids. They are highly recommended.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LEASE HERE. This apartment complex is the definition of unprofessional and dishonest. I submitted my application on October 17th and paid the $25 application fee. The $100 reservation (holding) fee was only withdrawn on the 20th October. I was told my application could be reviewed and approved on the same day but it wasn’t and unfortunately pulled through the weekend. My application was only approved later in the day on Monday the 20th and I declined the move on the 21st morning. When I reached out, the leasing office refused to refund my money, using the excuse that the cancellation period had expired even though the money was not taken until days after the application was submitted. Ms Tiffany at the rental office is amazing she was so professional I loved how she helped me and guided me through my entire process it was such a pleasure interacting with her she is intelligent and well spoken and was so kind I wanted to recommend her to anyone interested in moving here she will not mislead you I love her for making my experience here the best!!!! Thanks to Ms Tiffany again!!!

office staff are number one, especially Miss Tiffany who likes to help everyone like her family. from the first day I moved in, I have had some concerns in the apartment i called the office and sent the maintenance team they took about 30 minutes to look into issues and fix them.

If i could give 0 stars I would, been here for a little over a year and I can not wait to get my family out of this hazard hole of a home they put you in. Before we moved in I asked Tiffany to do a walk through and I was constantly told that the unit was not ready until a day before we moved in. And there were still many things wrong with the unit. I had to go back and forth with maintenance for months about my front door not being sealed properly, there was a dead mouse in the utility closet, one of the steps was broken under the carpet, and we had to do an overall deep clean of the unit before moving our stuff in. We settled and things were ok but if something goes wrong in your unit you are better off fixing it yourself. The cabinets are basically dry rotted, the hose to our dryer was n
