I have been unhappy in this apartment since the day I moved in back in August. What I expected to be a comfortable place to live quickly turned into a very stressful and disappointing experience that I am still dealing with. There have been ongoing maintenance issues that have never been properly resolved. The apartment has had repeated problems with roaches and ants, despite keeping the unit clean and submitting multiple maintenance requests. Pest control visits have not fixed the problem, and the infestations continue to return, which makes the apartment feel uncomfortable and unsanitary. There is also an ongoing mold issue that has caused serious concern. Mold is not a cosmetic problem—it can impact health and overall quality of life. I moved in November 2024 I was shown the model apartment, we were told they were “ renovated “ they renovated the one we were waiting on so we had to wait about 4 weeks to move in ours apt 227. There was a lot of things we complained about when we moved in and were told it would be taken care of around a week later staying there it was a whole new crew so we had to wait for them to “ switch over”. We would put in multiple request for maintenance they would put “ completed” nothing was done so I ended up putting a ring camera and noticed they never came to the apartment at all. I addressed that issue and let them know I had a camera and no one came that’s when they started “ coming” But not doing nothing. 6 months later we started getting roaches coming from the neighbors upper and lower,

Management changes constantly! New management in office is rude and very nice nasty. They are never on the same page. MOLD is definitely a big issue in MOST of the apartments , they patch up issues and do quick fixes instead of doing what needs to be done to actually fix an issue and prevent it from coming back! They are quick to file evictions but not quick to fix problems The gate has been broken since i moved in and every time you ask about it they say it will be fixed in a couple weeks which is clearly lies. I’ve referred several people and they all complain about the same issues Office staff is not concerned with the tenants

We 100% regret moving here. My husband child and I moved here after being very impressed with customer service and the demo unit was lovely. Apparently they were undergoing a management change. We were told 1 price for the rent that was suppose to be updated and a month later the rent was never updated and they blame it on new management. Further more I went to the office with a list of problems after a couple days being here and 1 things was addressed (the water issue). We are paying 2k for a “renovated” apt the only thing renovated is the marble counter tops. The tubs were poorly resurfaced if resurfaced at all, the unit was filthy I had to pay a cleaner to come clean it thoroughly as I have a toddler and it was not sanitized. I’ve lived here for two years. I’m writing this because a new resident was told the gate was “recently broken.” That is not true. The gate has been broken for at least a year. This is not a gated community, despite how it’s marketed. Trash management is unacceptable. The trash compactor overflows nearly every week and is left overflowing, creating unsanitary conditions for residents. The pool and gym were listed as “under repair” for the entire summer of 2025, yet residents continued to be charged amenity fees while having zero access to those amenities. In just two years, this property has cycled through five or more management teams, which explains the lack of consistency, communication, and accountability. I have not personally had roach issues, but many residents in other buildings
