The Glen Apartments

I been living at the Glen apartments for 3yrs. It’s a nice place. I just moved to a one bedroom recently. I have a puppy.I never had disturbance call whatsoever about my dog living with me until I moved into the new apartment. So now it’s a problem I feel like if it was a problem before the leasing manager wouldn’t have let me bring the pet to my new location and why wasn’t I told the pet was a disturbance from the beginning. The walls are thin, and I have one lady on top of me stomping and a guy on the bottom at night,I hear him snoring. So it’s not win situation. I just advise anyone with pets to not apply.

I've had the pleasure of calling The Glen my home for several years, and I couldn't be happier. The community is safe, and the neighbors are considerate, making it a truly welcoming place to live. The office team is exceptional, always responsive and quick to address any concerns. The maintenance crew is equally impressive, efficiently handling any issues that arise. It's no surprise there's often a waiting list to move into this fantastic complex!

I've lived here now for two years and have nothing but great things to say. The apartment manager Tina stays on top of everything! The apartments are very nice and cozy. Maintainence has always been quick and painless! I would recommend living here to anyone. I am about to sign for a third year.

First of all I want to give a shout to Tina, the property manager at the glen. This lady is a true asset to the property. She always goes above and beyond for the tenants and make them feel understood and well taken care of. No matter the issue, Tina and her team will reassure you that she and her team will take care of it and sure enough she does take care of it. We initially planned to stay at the Glen for a year, and then COVID happened. Tina made extending our existing lease/ resigning a new lease seamless. This lady is so good at what she does that she raised the bar very high for future property managers in my books. Here we are almost 3 years later and her work ethic is still the same! I want to take this opportunity to thank Tina and her entire team for a continued job well done

I have lived at The Glen for a year now. I would have stayed much longer if it had not been for changes at work. Not only is the apartment worth the price that it is being rented for, the staff was always very attentive and responsive to any needs that I had. I am very sad to be leaving. The complex is very quiet, and safety was never an issue when I was here. There are a lot of families, and pets are welcome. I would (and have) recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in Cartersville.
