Great floor plans, not so good management. Weeds are overtaking the complex. Manager does not seem concerned about how terrible the landscapers are. If the place looked like a luxury apartment complex, it would be rated higher. Since my last review, we have a new manager and the place has been spruced up quite a bit. The pond has been in now for a little over 2 years and the grounds are much better. Still room for improvement. The paving is the worst of all. It has been pathed here and there, but there are bumps and uneven transitions. All of the sister complexes have much better paving and striping, of which we have none. Yes 4 years and still the pavement has never been sealed or striped.
Affordable luxury apartment living in a quiet wooded setting. Easy access to I-39 yet secluded and peaceful. Convenient to shopping, dining, and CWA airport.
