JD stuck with me for 9 frustrating months as one person after another broke promises and cancelled contracts. He ended up selling my house for no commission because of all of the problems we encountered with other people. She helped us with a new home purchase, and it wasn't always easy working with the other agent because we couldn't ask questions directly to the builder.
