The Gem

Our apartment manager Kodi is great and helped me with all my questions even with the lease, this is my first apartment so the process was new to me but she made sure I was confident and understood what I was doing. The owners did a great job modernizing the rooms and I really enjoy the paint job they did with all 3 floors. I recently had an issue with my shower drain and it was fixed the day I called, very quickly. I have a great experience here and recommend it for any singles because it is a smaller space. Also the balcony has the best view of either the Boise River or mountains depending which side of the building you live in.
