This apartment has no parking space, I deposited $300 when i was moving in and they still charging me $250 for maintenance ( rug and painting of my apartment) i cleaned the whole place after i moved out. This people are thieves dont rent this place. Pictures after i moved out and i still been charged for painting of the house and rug . Wicked souls. Attached are the pictures of when i moved out. How neat can an apartment look after 2yrs of staying here???

Friendly neighborhood and a Great Place to live. The staff, maintenance are all helpful. A good Gym with most of the equipment's but not maintained well. Pool is bit small. Limited parking space for visitors.

Please ignore the reviews from a week ago. It is someone creating fake accounts to bring down this apartment complex. He parked on the resident side without a sticker and was towed. GROW UP AND LEARN TO READ OR PAY THE PRICE!!!! My parents accidentally did the same thing about 6 months ago, but we acknowledged our mistake and got over it. Here's a REAL review: Fantastic place to live. The staff, maintenance, and trash folks are all extremely nice and helpful! My wife and I just renewed our lease and have been VERY happy the past year. Only complaint would be the parking late at night, HOWEVER, they allow you to purchase covered parking to have guaranteed spots for a reasonable price per month. Coming from Austin and moving to a place like Plano is a big drastic change for me, but thank God I’m still in Texas and not Cali! The Gateway has been a close to home hit! It’s as luxurious as my place that I had in Austin, and what I love more is how the community is so nice! The office staff is always doing something to get us involved and that’s what I always seek when it comes to leasing an apartment, community interaction. I currently lost my Honda on Halloween and had gotten another Jeep, having had waited 3 months for my sticker and plates the office staff had been understanding that my Jeep would be parked in my car tuck. I live in building 2 of this complex and over the past 2 weeks I have filed two police reports. The first one was a young hispanic male trying to break into my apartment and peeking through the windows to see inside my apartment. The second police report was a suspicious young black male parked in my garage in a white convertible mustang (seemed like he was selling drugs). Please be on alert since the management team (Stephanie-Manager) has done nothing at all. As per Stephanie, she was going to get with her boss to see what could be done but here we are two weeks after and no phone call, no email, no letter- nothing. A memo to the residents should of been sent out concerning these two incidents happening at The Gateway Apartments. Where is the compassion? Where is the concern for the
