The Gateway Apartments

This place is great. The amenities are phenomenal and the property manager will get us food trucks from time to time as well as hold events. It’s a great place for single people like myself. You can even walk to a lot of places downtown. The rooftop is my favorite place in mobile. I always recommend this place if you don’t need a whole lot of space and like the city.

I am about ~3 months into my stay and I am very satisfied with my current arrangements. The amenities are included in the rent which is nice, I don't feel like I am being "nickel and dimed". Andrea seems to genuinely care about all of the residents and often goes out of her way to go above and beyond for us. Whatever she is getting paid, it is not enough! If I had any complaints it would be that sometimes I run out of space in the fairly small apartment I am leasing, but I agreed to the lease and at no point did I feel lied to about the apartment, I was offered tours beforehand. It just takes some adjusting after being in a different space. Any complaints are fairly minor and at no fault of Andrea or The Gateway. I am enjoying my stay and would recommend.

if you don’t mind gnats or fruit flies then this place will be perfect. I put out 3 plug-ins that attract the little pest and they’re already full of gnats/fruit flies it’s disgusting I keep my place very clean and they still are a problem. I put the plug-ins in about a week ago and all three of them are already full. it almost seems like this place is infested. while writing in this review one just tried to fly in my mouth.

I moved in about two months ago and I have nothing but positive things to say so far. Andrea the property manager helped me move in very quickly and any issue or concerns I’ve had, she handled in a timely manner. Also, I love the gym and the fact that there are events held for the building residents. 10/10 so far

I've been here for a year and just re-signed for another year. The apartments are so nice and the new Property Manager is awesome!! Great location to the Downtown area and literally seconds from the Interstate. It's a really nice place to live with excellent amenities.
