The Gates at Figarden Apartments

I've been a resident here since 11/2017, I enjoy living here very much. The neighbors are worth sharing time with at the events and relaxing by the pool. My apartment is quite accommodating with the two car attached garage. Heather, the manager, is doing a fine job. The utility billing can be handled better.

One of the worst places I have lived. Maintenance is poor, the guy working here does the minimum but sure likes to gossip. We had a series of leaks and problems with the property. Keep in mind that if you live here, your power bill will be the average of all of the residents for the month. Saving power means nothing. Also, this place is strife with theft. The "security" service drives through twice a night without stopping. The mail box is repeatdly broken into, management suggests that you pay more for a private mailbox somewhere else. Porch pirates run through regularly. Violence is common in this neighborhood; to include stabbings and police involved shootings. The complex is restrictive and unfriendly. Save your money and your time. We moved to a house with a yard and SAVED money.

Just moved in The Gates at Figarden and everything has been wonderful. The grounds are clean and it's a very quiet community. Maintenance shows up on time to install my washer and dryer. Friendly staff and neighbors. It's a great place to be and I love the package room to secure your orders.

I must have been buggerd up!!! I don't remember. The name Gates is almost racist. We all know Walls are racist!! The tax payers should be outraged to pay for Joe Bidens 50 million dollar wall at one of his beach houses. Biden is very brave to own multiple beach homes. Because global warming is going to put all of them under water!!!

A wonderful place, outstanding staff, fantastic apartments! No regrets about moving there.
