To whom it may concern: I have over 2 years of property Maintenance experience, and over 10 years construction management and building experience, I will say Jasper at Victory Ridge is a very nice property and has very nice features, but I feel it does have a few major issues. I am a new resident, and moved into this place 3 three days ago, I am on the first floor. When I moved into the unit, I discovered a key in my back patio door on the exterior of the door that I could not remove, I also found that the back door would not lock or close fully, and the unit was completely unsecured. I had to call the emergency line my first night here (builder issue as apartment is new never lived in), I currently have a stick in my door to secure which I will keeping in, I was told repairs are in progr
