The Gardens of Traville

I have been a resident of Traville Gardens for over 11 year. The 4 building complex has been more than satisfactorily been maintained and managed e.g. new roofs, redecorated first floors, meeting rooms and lounges and newly painted, newly carpeted hallways and resurfaced and painted parking lots. We have a responsive management and 24 hour maintenance team. I moved in under the management team of Alexis and James. They were both professional, friendly, responsive to inquiry and/or request and attentive to duties. In my years of residency there have been a couple of changes in office management and building maintenance. With any new management team(9) there has always been growing pains on both sides. Us tenants who are "seasoned folks", who do not readily adjust to the changes, then the

Leo and Claude replaced my water tank today. Both men were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about their work. And I would like to add that they both were very courteous and personable. They assured us that if we had any future problems to let them know and they will take care of it right away. I understand they both were recently hired. Great picks TRAVILLE.

The front office staff has become great since new manager has come but the heart and soul of this place are Leo and Claude the maintenance team! Truly the nicest men and it’s a big job to take on for just 2 people and 4 whole buildings but they’re amazing and really care!

Traville is a great diverse independent senior community. My parents have enjoyed living here for many years. Having a bus is a plus as it helps my parents get to their doctors appointments when I’m not available to take them. Alexa is very passionate about her residents and about her job. She treats the seniors as if they were family and not customers. She and her team cook Thanksgiving dinner every year, host an annual BBQ event that brings life to the community and so many other activities that are planned and ran by the staff. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for independent living!

Parking is awful. They are towing cars after 15 minutes and there is no one at the office to help with registration. This is a retirement community where many patients depend on home visits from healthcare workers. This is disgusting.
