Living at The Gardens apartments was an experience i would only wish on my most despised foes. Being my first rental experience it was definitely something to remember. To the price, to the leaking floors, to the constant smell of foul odor throughout the whole building at an given time. I would recommend that you stay here if you are a hero of humanity because this will be your villain arc. If you ever need management for any reason, don't. Management here is a joke and can not be helpful in any shape way of form. I learned so much from my experience, I learned that you have have water come up from your floors. I learned that if the property owners so choose they can and will enter your property make "renovations" and leave you without a completed construction for you to deal with for any

I wanted to give Amanda a shout out for going above and beyond! She really cared about fighting for us to get the best out of the Gardens. Reasons to NOT move here: Disgusting roach infested apartments Previous tenants belongings were still in the apartment, it was filthy and appliances were not working. You can hear and smell everything your neighbors do, including adult time If you complain to the leasing office they will retaliate against you They overcharge for parking, bc yes it's not included, who doesn't include parking? And if you do pay $100+ for parking every month you cannot lend out the pass to your guest (so where are said guest supposed to park?) They lied and said joyces towing doesn't work for them when i confronted them about Joyce trying to tow my car, me having to pay a key down fee even though my pass was in my car, the front office said "they don't work for us, you can dispute the fee", liars. Ms. Amanda and Dana were very pleasant. Amanda made my move in process a breeze keeping in touch and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The buildings are very well kept and My Apartment ready upon move in with brand new flooring. Professionalism all the way! I’m glad I chose The Gardens as my home now and hope to stay in the future to come!

This place is absolutely lovely! I just moved in about two weeks ago and I am loving it. The place is clean, secure, and a great size for one bedroom, perfect for 1-2 people. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, special shoutout Amanda who helped me the most! Move in was easy and I have had no issues since. Looking forward to the rest of my time here!
