My name is Jones I live in Apartment A2 In the Old South Apartments in Tulsa , Oklahoma. I think I may have been a victim of retaliation. My neighbors have received a note on there doors that his rent will be raised. The note on my door was a note that my lease will not be renewed. I had no idea that my lease was up and I thought the management would inform me there of. All other apartments notify there tenants. I have been notified that my lease will not be renewed but I am sure it's because I held the complex accountable for repairs in the building. Along with that ...I have been treated poorly by your management. I have been lied too about your referral incentive. I referred a tenant and your office fumbled the paperwork and said that she did not mention the referral. I was asked to l

Do not waste your time here, especially if you have children. Maintenance doesn’t do there job, there’s a mice infestation, overall a horrible experience. Dead rats outside, just disgusting to say the least. Do not move here.

Have had overall a great experience since moving here. New management seems to be doing a decent job and there is a lot of improvements going on at the property. There were however a few items not working properly when I first moved in but they were resolved relatively quickly. One item was my fridge acted up and they bought me a brand new one.

Gardens at Midtown is finally headed in the right direction and it’s thanks to the new management team, Jazmin and Yulissa. You can already feel the difference just walking into the office. They’re organized, professional, and actually responsive to residents. It’s rare to find two people who work so well together and genuinely care about improving a property. Also want to recognize Cesar’s Guardians Security for their presence around the complex. It’s clear the team takes their job seriously, and having reliable security on-site really helps the whole community feel safer. Between management and security, Gardens at Midtown is on the rise

Absolutely do not recommend moving here. I’ve had a non-working stove for over 4 months now, and a dishwasher that barely works half the time. I’m so incredibly frustrated continuously having to call the management office to ask when maintenance can come by and even then, they don’t bother answering the phone 80% of the time. I keep being told it’ll be done this week for the past 4 months. Don’t bother wasting your time or energy on this place.
