The Gardens Apartments

I lived in the Gardens from 2019-2025. I honestly think that this place will only be a burden to me as now every landlord in the future needs to meet their par. Kelly the Leasing Offince Manager is always available (office hourse) and is always there to help with whatever is needed. She is throughly organized and treats her tenants with the upmost respect. Again, every future landlord is set to a high par from her fantastic customer service. John, the main maintenance supervisor again, sets the bar extremely high. Given his past with major hotels he dosent beleive in a "Landlord Special". Any time we had an issue in our unit is was resolved within the same day with a permanent solution instead of a patch. I moved out of the gardens this year due to relocation to another city. It was great experience overall. Great value for the large 1b1b apartment. Leasing office and maintenance are both helpful and very responsive. Pretty walkable neighborhood. Close to Publix, Home Depot, Goodyear and the oaks mall. Only thing was that I had to switch my phone service from metro to Verizon upon moving here otherwise the signal was weak there. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to live with pretty much nothing to worry about!

Nina at The Gardens Apartments was extraordinary!!! Me and my family absolutely enjoyed her as a professional. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments and benefits to living at the apartments. She is super professional and deserves a raise! I recommend her for all of your needs when it comes to moving to The Gardens Apartments.

Mrs. Kelly and Ms. Nina were very courteous and professional during my visit today. They answered every question I had and told me to have a great day. I would recommend them to anybody. 🥰

We love our new home, it’s beautiful, clean, and the team is wonderful to work with, very kind and supportive, the neighborhood is very quiet. I would recommend!
