They have terrible septic problems. The septic tanks need to be updated it is too small for how many units there are. We literally cannot use the toilets for MONTHS!! Putting in a maintenance request does nothing! They will claim to pump the septic but toilet will still not be working! The manager said the owner will not fix unless there are more complaints but the WHOLE UNIT B+ has complained. The poop smell is HORRENDOUS & we smell this everyday and every night! The owner wants more money with less responsibility!

Horrible Management issues. All they want is money. Charged people who were already living there for years prior to the current management company a “security deposit” of $900 and don’t remodel anything (Apartments built in 2001). They have changed ownership and management at least 4 times. And you never see the owner/management because there is no leasing office on the grounds of the property and they don’t care about the tenants.

Don't take care of tenants. Rent going up and no improvement done on unit. Been here 7 years and won't replace my carpet when others are getting remodeled. But my rent still goes up
