From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by how upscale and welcoming everything felt. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful layouts. I especially love the large windows and natural light — it really makes the space feel like home. The amenities are also top-notch: the pool area is stunning, the gym is well-equipped, and the clubhouse is a great spot to relax or work remotely. Staff is horrible!!! The lady Janice is rude!!! Roaches everywhere!! Over priced!!! Bad plumbing terrible maintenance! Leaks in the apts!!! Not safe with security on the property! If it was 0 stars, I definitely will give it to them!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. Gallery at Katy is a complete nightmare disguised as “luxury apartments.” They charged me $150 to be added to the lease, delayed the process for months, and left us month-to-month without a valid lease—forcing us to pay over $300 extra through no fault of our own. They promised reimbursement, but of course, never returned a single cent. Later, when management changed, they conveniently claimed there was “no record” that I had ever been added to the lease—even though I had already paid. Their only “solution” was to charge me AGAIN for the same process. When my roommate first moved in, they demanded two full months of deposit upfront, and of course only accepted money orders. Okk, I’ve been staying here 3 going on 4 months now, and I’m giving it a 10/10 so far! 🙌🏽 The entire office staff is amazing from Kimberly, my leasing agent who got me approved, to Ms. Julie, who’s always so helpful! And don’t get me started on Ms. Janet and Veronica in management they’re absolutely wonderful! If you ever need help, just speak up — they’re more than willing to work with you as long as you communicate.
