Been living here for about a month now and it’s amazing! We wish we could have found a place like this sooner. Amazing views and location. Management is very responsive and available. Amenities are great especially for people with dogs. Neighbors very friendly. Neighborhood is peaceful/family/pet friendly.

I was one of the first residents to live here. The positives are that it's located pretty centrally to everything. It's across from Gabriel Park and it's very safe. The negatives have started to far exceed the positives. We used to have monthly newsletters and events for community building. The old manager cared about the cleanliness of the building and would say hi and chat with you. New management seems colder and not so interested in the community. He barely looks up or around the building. The sound within these units is horrific. You can hear every step that your upstairs neighbor makes. If you haven't had at least one heated argument with your neighbor, consider yourself lucky. The 1 bedrooms don't have doors, which didn't seem like a big deal, until you're woken up by yo

The Gabe is beautiful and I’m saddened this place won’t be our new home. The rent is high, a one bedroom without a door, goes for $1900. I came by today to see if they had time for a tour, Ashley the leasing agent was incredibly knowledgeable and was kind to help explain everything to me and my daughter. Although they were way above our means, Ashley made that place feel like home. I was appalled she wasn’t the manager! Thank you for taking me and my daughter in today for a tour.

I recently toured this lovely gem of an apartment complex and loved it! The manager was knowledgeable, and I left feeling like I had all of the information needed to consider a possible move. The apartments are well appointed with stunning views and floor plans that make sense. The common areas are inviting with a natural feel and plenty of room to entertain. And if you have dog, the pet wash station is amazing!! That alone sold me. The his place is nice, really nice…

It's far and away the nicest apartment I've lived in over the last 30 years. Brand new, so that helps, but it feels solid and well-constructed. I love the high ceilings, huge windows and all the modern luxuries like the electronic door locks. I looked at a few other apartments in this price range, mostly in the downtown area, but none of them really stood out and none of them were brand new. Also none of them were right across the street from Gabriel Park and the community center there. I'm planning to swim at least a couple times a week.
