The Fowler Apartments

Although we decided on another apartment, we had the absolute best experience with Lupita as our tour guide. She was so kind, down to earth, understanding, and just overall a great person to be around. We will definitely keep this building in mind in the future.

Moved in 2 months ago. Great location! The amazing staff here are super responsive and always doing nice things for residents. 1 bed Apartment is open floor plan for kitchen and living room. Huge windows with nice shades. This feels good to live in. Quiet and dog friendly. Awesome work out room. Covered parking! Make this your next home❤️

Living at the Fowler has been amazing. But I wanted to come here and leave a review for Michael, who runs the leasing office. Michael is not only one of the hardest working people I know but he is also one of the kindest. He truly cares about the tenants of this building and embodies what a true leasing office should be. He knows every tenant by name, knows this building like the back of his hand, and I am very thankful. The guy that does maintenance is also extremely hard working and keeps this building running. I am very thankful of my experience here.

We took a tour of the property late yesterday. and were so very impressed with the staff. They were knowledgeable and most importantly, they were kind, inviting, and friendly. We could not have been more pleased and the only reason we aren’t moving in today is that we are waiting for a much desired unit to become available. Thanks to the staff, we are proud to say that very soon, we will be part of the community at the Fowler!

The Fowler has been an absolute amazing place to live. Due to work I had 2 weeks to find a place to live in Boise and move from Kentucky. The entire leasing team worked with me to help me find the perfect apartment in a matter of hours through zoom calls. Upon my move I got stuck in a snow storm and was going to arrive at the leasing office after they closed. My leasing agent stayed over for me so I could get moved in before starting work. Over the past year they have been more than happy to answer any questions I have had and have made living 2,000 miles away from home much less stressful!
