The Fountains at Memorial City

I’ve really enjoyed living at the Fountains since moving in eight months ago, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Cid for being absolutely amazing. She is always friendly and greets everyone with a warm smile. She has been incredibly helpful with my numerous packages, and I truly appreciated her assistance in booking the clubhouse for my private party on Super Bowl Sunday. She genuinely makes the Fountains feel like home.

Sidney is the best concierge officer I have ever seen! We are fortunate to have her here at The Fountains At Memorial! She always goes above and beyond and treats everyone like family❤️ She makes all of the residents feel special and where there is an issue, she works hard to solve it. We absolutely love and adore her. She is one of the reasons we keep renewing our lease here at The Fountains At Memorial. This really is a great community and makes everyone feel at home. Great management! Great staff! Great community! Great place!

We have lived at the Fountains for over a decade now. It's a great place to live, location, quality living spaces and importantly the care the staff shows for the residents. A great constant in this regard is Cyd, our concierge for many years. Cyd is the Fountains - always bright and cheerful, I couldn't imagine the place without her. Never fails to greet people by name - she is the epitome of Texas grace and hospitality.

We have lived at The Fountains for about 5 years and love our home above the treetops! Everyone is wonderful. Cyd is a breath of fresh air at the concierge desk. Kind, helpful and always a smile! Bolla is new and is a great asset at The Fountains also! We are very happy here and with the mgt team. Keep up the good work!!

We have not lived in a high rise before we moved into The Fountains. We are now empty nesters and did not realize how important a concierge is to our day to day lives. We have been at The Fountains for 5 years now and Cyd is the most seasoned concierge in our building. Caring, sweet, informed and quick to help. When you consider a high rise - consider The Fountains - and know that a good concierge like Cyd can make the difference.
