Have been here 7+ years!! Blanca and her team are amazing!! Very attentive to tenants and maintain the property beautifully with the maintenance team staying on top of it. Not going anywhere!!

I’ve lived at the Foundry for 2 years now, and I love this complex. I wouldn’t call the apartments luxury, but they are cozy and spacious for the price and location. Blanca and all the staff at the leasing office are always polite and super helpful. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to respond to issues. They are also very courteous. I’ve never had a roach problem here, save for seeing a couple ones now and then. The complex property is well taken care off. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and it mostly consists of families from what I have seen. I love how peaceful and safe it is. I’m only writing this review, because of how sad I am to leave. I highly recommend living at the Foundry!

Blanca and her team are delightful and dependable. They run a tight ship, don’t be late with payments, but their customer service is cream of the crop.
