Marcus is by far the best maintenance worker we’ve had in this apartment complex. He is respectful, kind, on time and gets the job done the right way. He actually cares about the residents. He will always do his best to complete the job. He doesn’t let a work order sit for days. Once you put it in he is at your door bright and early. Marcus is the best.

Marcus Felicia and Danielle The power 3 they are the greatest things that happened to this complex and also the grounds keeper he’s amazing as well. Felicia makes sure her tenants are getting A1 services also Danielle she has so much great energy they both do I enjoy going to the office and just saying hello because they are just that wonderful and YES they get things done in a timely manner. MARCUS is the one and only maintenance man here wen I say he doesn’t miss a beat HE DOESNT MISS A BEAT the heater stopped working and I don’t know what he did but I no longer have those problems he didn’t stop til he got me my hot water and for that I am greatful

It is a good deal for the price. Overall I would say the apartment is a 4 star, the area could be better but it’s really not bad. However, the reason I make this a 5 star is because of the maintenance staff. All of them are insanely great. Whenever I have an issue they rush right over to diagnose and fix the issue as soon as possible. Marcus and Mike are the hardest workers I know. Great guys.

My review is based solely upon my experience as someone searching and not as a tenet. From the moment Felicia answered the phone she was warm, informative, professional and polite. She invited me for a tour and when I arrived I was impressed by the condition of the grounds and overall feel of the place given the location. The office was easy to locate and Felicia met me with a smile and welcomed me in. When we began walking through the property she explained everything that one would need to know about the complex itself, and was very thorough. She had an interaction with a few kids who were in the courtyard, and it was clear she had a rapport with them and mutual respect was displayed by both.
