I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Management has always been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The community is peaceful and feels safe, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I would give this place a negative review if I could. DO NOT live here- the management sucks, I don’t think anyone who works here actually wants to. The cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable. The laundry is literally always down- and I mean for months and months at a time. They don’t clean any ice/snow from the walkways. The apartments are crumbling apart- and they did not show me the place I was gonna stay at, instead showed me an unrealistic and false sense of apartment I’d have. As a student it’s been very difficult to live here and i’m counting down the days i’m out of this lease. I hope this place shuts down or is bought by people who know how to run things.

The Forest team has always been incredibly professional, friendly and great to work with. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to help residents with anything they need. They're always responsive with work orders too!

live at the forest our dryer had been broke over 2 months the new maintenance supervisor visor fixed it with in 2 days of him starting. very professional and knows what he is doing! thank you so much to the new maintenance crew at the forest!! finally maintenance men that can actually get the job done and know what they are doing!

Great management and a very well-kept property. The manager is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the condition of the community. Highly recommend!
