The Forest Apartments

Nice clean apartments and good location near 295. The building is under new management and you can tell that they care. Also, they recently renovated the complex.

I like my little apartment! It’s quiet here and no one bothers us. Occasionally my front door is the hang out for a couple of the young fellows who hang around but for the most part they don’t bother me. No one has made me feel uncomfortable! There were a few maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved. It’s safe and the management is friendly! The whole process was simple! If you are looking to save some money and be in a great location while doing it! Kim and her team will make it possible! Don’t be scared off by the bad reviews I can tell they are cleaning up what was left behind by previous management. I am satisfied

I am a 73 year old disabled Vietnam veteran. I live at the Forest apartment and not happy. The complex had a rat problem, which took nine months to resolve.We had to throw out food where rats ate into it, pick up rat droppings, worry about our health. We stood by the apartment and let them resolve the issue as best they could. Finally took matters into my own hands and set traps. Now the arbitrarily close the pool because they say that somebody is messing with their safety equipment. If someone is destroying equipment, charge them for it. Do NOT penalize all the tenants who did nothing wrong. Well I need the pool because that's the only way I can exercise because of my disability. The main reason i rented the apartment here was the pool. The management does not care.

Every time I think about what these people have done I get so upset , I moved to those apartments in 2014 , payed my rent on time but in 2017 I had to move out I could not believe that I was charged and now it's on my credit , when i told management to check how long I was living there and that my lease was already almost up they said they couldn't find any paperwork that shows I was living there from 2014 , don't get me wrong the lady that's there now is a wonderful, understanding and loving person but they really need to dig deep into the history of there tenants that have been there for awhile instead of just over charging people it's not fair . I tried contacting the old management 2 years ago but I was outta luck and because of this I haven't been able to rent 😩 but God is able

Whatever you do, do NOT move here. They’ve told us for a month they are looking at pest control companies credentials to bring out someone to control the mice problem. Windows been broken for weeks and no ones come to fix it. Maintenance man only does as much as he can and I am super appreciative of him, best staff they have. The person at the office does not care about anyone instead they give you the runaround like if no one here is educated on their renters rights.
