The forde has made our out of state move flawless. They were super friendly over the phone and were about to get us set up quickly. The tenet portal is super user friendly. The space is new! Everything is super clean and set up really well.
We are currently tenants here and we love it. The staff are extremely helpful and are so nice. The inside and outside are kept very well neat and clean. Even with all the construction going on we are not ever disturbed by it at all. There is a safe room that packages can be left and i havent had an issues at all. We even have 2 vending machines one with snacks and one with drinks it makes it really nice when I get that dr.pepper craving. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone in need. We haven't had a chance to meet many neighbors but the ones we have met have been so great
1,250 a month plus you have to pay all utilities living in an old hotel they slapped new paint and flooring into. Talk about a rip off. People selling this should be ashamed of themselves.
We can't wait to move it. The staff has been great so far look forward to calling this place home
