The Folly@900

My experience with the community manager at The Folly@900 have been nothing short of amazing and friendly. The apartment community has been newly renovated, with modern color schemes and fresh landscaping. Both the inside and outside of these units and the whole grounds are just about the nicest I have seen anywhere in the area. It's super close to the shopping amenities we frequent (Costco, Whole Foods) and not far from the greenway. Perfect and quiet location for us!

I've been living here for a good while but since May 15th my family and I have been going through hell. The maintenance man has been eaves dropping on my family and I. We have tried to tell management but they act like they want us to leave. He has told us that they don't want any POC living there and calling us racial slurs. We tried to talk to management but they agree with this an childish and ridiculous behavior. Please don't waste your life on this place find some where else to live cause 900@folly is not the place for you. Thanks for reading. I WILL REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. And its not worth the money. 1,800 for 2 rooms not worth it. Not even the new looking ones. We don't feel safe and neither will you.

If you want to do a case search, use West Ashley 40 LLC and Mt Pleasant 79 LLC. Very unsafe, stressful places to live with late or no responses from the property management team (in summer time, people were going without AC for months and in the winter, people go without heat for months. I went without a shower/bath for over three months and my rent went up! I can say more, but it just frustrates me that a property management can treat their tenants so badly and increase there rent up to $600-$1,000.00 more). (FYI - Johnathan Wells is the owner of The Sullivan and The Folly - he posted a review as a tenant and is not a tenant, but the owner)

management has changed 3 times and the newest is horrible. They don’t return calls nor do they respond through the portal. You can’t speak to someone you have to call and leave a message and hope they call you back. If something is broken you have to fix it on your own. This place is awful. Do not move here!!!!!! But of course if your rent is late they will call for that. This place sucks

Incredible place to live! Management and maintenance have gone above and beyond with our requests. Location has been perfect for our family! 10 stars
