The Flats on Archer Apartments

CONS. Manager hours have been reduced so feels less service oriented like before. No more complimentary coffee. No Snacks. The venting machine has been broken for months. The gym: the bikes, one treadmill and row machine don’t work. A bit detached overall. PRO. Generally always clean. Feels safe. No loud parties but walls are thin. GM is kind when she is around. Rooftop is amazing views. Central location.

I have lived here for almost 3 years now, and it has been spectacular. The amenities are great and being in a close proximity to everything was just what I needed. Jerry the maintenance guy has been phenomenal at keeping the property clean as well as super safe for the tenants. Anytime I needed something fixed he is always very quick to respond and take care of any issue. Carla has also been great being able to assist and answer any questions/ concerns I may have. The management team and Jerry have been some of the absolute best I have ever dealt with.

We have our salon under the flat apartments, if you’re a tenant, you’re get 15% off your service. Also, Jerry is awesome. He keeps the the surrounding clean and he’s out every day picking up trash, and blow the dirt away with his blower.

Coming from Los Angeles California, my wife and I were used to all the perks of big city living so when we decided to move to Tulsa, it was important for us to find a place with a small town vibe with big city amenities. Luckily we found that exact balance at The Flats on Archer! Both communal and private spaces are modern and spacious (with high ceilings). I really enjoy the Sky Lounge and Executive office as places to relax or focus. The layout for each floor was well planned with restrooms on all levels and even equipped with purified water fountains which is nice since we don’t need to buy a water purification system for drinking water. The gym is also better than other apartments and trust that we’ve checked out numerous places (like Noma and the View) and the gym at the Flats is bett

The Flats are great! The PM Carla is always very responsive and our maintenance guy Jerry is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive as well. The location is fantastic with lots of events, bars and restaurants to choose from. Love living here. Going on year two here with no complaints :).
