The Flats of Chambersburg North

Not a good place to live. Had rules that only hurt good tenants while rewarding the ones that can’t follow them. I once received maintenance on my toilet and came home to feces all over my floor. Following it, nothing was done about it. Also, they raised rent from originally $800/mo to $935/mo and now $985/mo. I highly recommend you find a different place to live.

The Flats of Chambersburg was such a wonderful place for my Grandfather to live until his recant passing. He truly loved the amazing location of everything around his apartment, as well how safe and clean everything was for his whole stay. Anytime there was an issue, we could always count on management and their maintenance to address/fix any issues. He was very happy and always made it a point to express how great the apartment manager Heather was for not just him, but for the whole complex. The Flats of Chambersburg was a perfect choice for my 92 year old Grandfather and we will always be so thankful for the amazing service they provide for all their tenants! They take care of all the apartments landscaping for all seasons, the location is perfect for grocery’s, gas, stores and food. It

Flats of Chambersburg is a Wonderful place for My Husband and Myself to live... With us both retired , We are both so Happy! The Flats for us has been a perfect choice. They take care of Lawns All Season's there. It is a well kept Complex all year round. Sidewalks are kept clean to each apartment. We Recommend The Flats of Chambersburg to anyone.Wether your retired or just Starting out and All in between... William & Betty Davis

My wife and I have lived in our current three bedroom apartment for 25 years. We have experienced three landlords during that time. We are very pleased with our rental enterprise because they immediately upgraded our AC and heating unit. We are very pleased that we feel safe and secure in our home which is quite convenient to our Giant Food and Pharmacy.

I love living at the Flats of CBurg! Great management & affordable housing. There's a lot of new work done & the updated apartments are really nice. Id def recommend living here to anyone & it's in a great location. I def like having my own parking spot as well!
