The Flats by ONYX

Just moved in and must say absolutely love the community. Beautiful homes, great and amazing staff. The facilities are beautiful. Great prices for such an amazing place is so rare nowadays. Jessica and Diane are by far the best property management team I have had in a very long time. Put in a maintenance request and the issue was resolved the next day. Still very new to the community but very excited to live here. 10/10

I’ve lived here around a month and I have to say these are some of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Newly renovated, all the new appliances, right next to qt? Who could ask for anything better LOL. Jessica is probably the nicest and coolest person, she’ll make you feel so comfortable the whole time, no nervousness, and this is my first apartment ! Definitely an amazing place to check out !

The entire application and leasing process was seamless! Quick, clear, and completely stress-free. Jessica and Diane are truly the heart of this community. They were not only incredibly friendly and professional, but also went above and beyond to make sure every question my wife and I had was answered. Jessica personally guided us through each step, offered amazing local recommendations, and ensured that our move-in experience was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. I have been living here now for a few months and i absolutely love my apartment it is newly renovated as they have just done in all of them and it has lovely high end finishes like the countertops and backsplash in the kitchen which is sleek and modern looking and very eye catching. The property is well maintained and quiet. I love the dog park for my furry family members. The management is helpful. Overall it is a fantastic living environment and I would highly recommend it.

The first time I came here, I felt very comfortable. After a long time looking for a place to live for work. I like everything here: new interior arrangement, clean laundry room, everything is tidy, peaceful campus and especially very good security. I hope many people will come to experience a place that is completely suitable for living and working. Thank you very much for everything.
