The Flats at Southlawn

Best apartment experience EVER! Staff is so professional, kind, and always building community with events for residents. They ensure all amenities and apartments are well functioning while the property is always beautifully maintained. From signing the lease to moving out, I loved my apartment here. Never met a bad neighbor; everyone is kind and respectful to one another. Proximity to the park, downtown Lawrenceville, and other offerings are the cherry on top; it’s a one of a kind experience to walk out your door to a concert, fair, or festival at The Lawn. Could not recommend this place more and I would still be living here if I didn’t have to move.

The Flats at Southlawn is a very nice place to live. Well kept, many immenities and fun things to do. I would like to acknowledge one of the front office staff Jewel. He is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He has been very helpful when needed. Thank you again.

Shan is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. She demonstrated patience when I asked a million questions. The property manager is incredibly personable and professional. The building has a pleasant neutral smell and the units are well-maintained. It was a great experience.

Brianna was OUTSTANDING!!!!...She made the process simple, also went over details that I would have never thought of. The entire staff, including maintenance made me feel really welcomed. I have to be honest, I have never experienced this before. Thank you to the ENTIRE STAFF!

Great management and staff!! Very professional and easy to work with. Apartments are modern, affordable, and within walking distance of the city center. Very happy to call Southlawn Apartments home!
