The maintenance team is amazing. I never have to wait too long for them to respond to a maintenance request. Always ready to assist and help. The property managers go above and beyond to help with any misunderstanding or concern that I may have had in the past. They are a very empathetic and personable/ professional team. From the time I moved in to now, I can say that the front office has improved significantly. Great new management. They hold different events for residents every month as well. No infestations, great amenities, SUPER pet friendly, clean trash areas, close to grocery, gas and restaurants/ shopping centers. Parking is to the point. My family first moved to the area in 2024, when we met Erika at a different property. Without knowing it, our paths crossed again when we went to tour the Flats. We were so happy to see Erika and to have her support during our moving process. Throughout our time knowing her she has consistently demonstrated great professionalism, patience, thorough knowledge of all leasing related concerns and a genuine heart for serving the clients she encounters. I am a new resident of the Flats. I've been here for a little over a month. So far, I have enjoyed my spacious apartment. 1. Working with Ericka Jordan has been a joy. She has been very attentive to my needs and handled them with complete professionalism. I especially appreciated her help when my daughter needed to move back with me. Adding her to the lease was a smooth and effortless process. The same with overnight parking passes for guests. 2. Maintenance is quick to respond to any concerns you may have. They do their best to make sure the building is nice and clean (internally and externally). 3. I have lived here since June 2024 and it has been an amazing experience. The proximity to shopping and 95 are very convenient. The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional! Even the housekeeping and valet trash service! Just everyone is so great!! They are very understanding whenever you have a maintenance concern or budget issues when renewing leases. I cannot stress more how amazing it is living here. I enjoy all the events they have for residents like halloween trunk parties and other little treats throughout the year. The amenities are excellent. Concierge is very convenient, there are 2 gyms fully equipped, parking is a breeze in the garage and it's very quiet. Do Not Rent Here – Poor Management and Billing Issues I lived at this property for two years and always paid my rent on time. When I moved out, I was charged $673, which I paid promptly. I understood I was still responsible for the lease even though I moved out early, and I accepted that. However, despite having proof of payment and confirmation that the money was withdrawn from my bank account, the management refuses to update my account to reflect a zero balance. I do not owe them any money, yet they continue to show an outstanding balance. The management has been unresponsive and uncooperative throughout this process. Save yourself the headache and look for a place with better service and accountability.
