The Flats at Midtown

I had a great experience with the maintenance service today. He arrived quickly and had everything fixed within two hours of my request. He did an excellent job, was very professional, and made sure to keep me informed and updated throughout the entire process. He also cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave any mess behind, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to have someone who takes pride in their work and respects the space they’re working in. Highly recommend!

We rented from here for 9 years. During that time, we went through 5 management companies. In my opinion, this current company is the absolute worst!! We gave them first month, last month, security deposit, pet deposits, etc. We had a rusted out tub when we moved in and they told us they would come and fix it. Meanwhile, they threw a flimzy plastic suction tub type of shower mat inside the shower and forgot about it. We had a sewer leak out our back door that they put bandaids on, but never fixed. The residents got blamed for it, stating they were going to plunge the lines to see if anyone was flushing wipes down the toilet & threatened to charge us for any work done. Carter did an amazing job putting in the new elements in our oven. He was polite and professional. I’ve really enjoyed living here and the friendly maintenance is just the icing on the cake.

Carter was great he was patient took his time finish everything fixed our back door and kitchen and bathroom lights and he handled it like a professional. It was great business with Carter!!

By Far the Worst Place I Have Ever Lived ! I HIGHLY recommend no one to move in these apartments. Unprofessional & Very RUDE from the Office Staff to the Cooperate office. Please avoid this Nightmare. There was never no where to park ever , & nothing was ever done. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL TRY TO SAY YOU LEFT DAMAGES , WHEN YOU MOVE OUT , JUST TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU , BECAUSE YOU MOVED , WHEN THE APARTMENT WAS NEVER IN THE BEST CONDITION, WHEN YOU MOVED IN IT . VERY OLD APARTMENTS. ONCE AGAIN DON’T MOVE HERE … EVERYTHING IS JUST A MESS!!!!!!!!!!
