The Flats at Hooper Hill

First and foremost the lovely lady in the office I believe her name is Yvonne has been nothing but the best!! walking me thru everything. She works so fast! The apartments are clean and well managed! The staff has been so kind! Yvonne took special thanks one to make sure I understood everything that moving would entail! She worked hard are making. Sure everything was in order Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Yvonne Chavez is the worst leasing agent I’ve ever experienced she has no compassion or empathy for the residents and she doesn’t know anything. She told us one thing before signing the lease then everything changed once we signed. She lied about the cabinets color and didn’t tell us about the water constantly shutting off especially when you take a shower. If we knew about the water we would’ve never moved here. Now we’re having ac problems. For this unit to brand new we shouldn’t be having ac problems, dealing with the water constantly shutting off, dryer problems and washer problems. Whats the point of the Carson app if I can only enter my unit and the apartment building. It seemed like once the ink dried they restricted the use of keyless entry. They never have any events here, no food

We had a wonderful experience living here! The staff is amazing — especially Ms. Yvonne, who has been great from start to finish. She truly goes above and beyond for residents. The apartment itself was great — the walls are thick, so you don’t hear your neighbors, and the community is quiet and peaceful. The amenities are excellent, and we especially loved the hammocks by the pool — such a relaxing spot! It’s also a pet-friendly community, and the dog park is a good size for pups to run around. The only downside was that sometimes other residents wouldn’t pick up after their dogs, but the management really tries — they provide bags and post reminders, so that issue is more on the residents than the staff. My family and I have been here for almost a year. I don’t have any complaints! Maintenance is speedy when something needs attention. We don’t ever hear our neighbors. The valet trash and elevators are a huge plus! The front office is attentive and friendly. We love Ms. Yvonne! Appliances work well and were brand new when we moved into our unit. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for somewhere to live!

I moved into The Flats at Hooper Hill August 17th, 2024. I downsized greatly and increased my monthly rent but it’s worth it. My initial experience was when I was out looking and saw the apartments I walked in. Ms. Yvonne was very accommodating she took me on a tour of the complex and I was truly impressed by the complex, the amenities and her attitude. I couldn’t decide which apartment I really wanted so she happily went up and down the elevator between the models. When I left, I still was indecisive about which apartment I was going to take, but I knew I was moving here. She submitted my application and got everything ready for me while I still was trying to decide which apartment I wanted to take. My move-in was smooth as far as getting my keys and everything.
