The Flats at Columbia Pike Apartment Homes

This is the worst place to live. I have been having a very difficult experience since the day I moved in. I moved in on December 31, and no move-in checklist was completed. They did not even give me my mailbox key until a week later. The refrigerator does not work, and the kitchen sink was clogged. I waited an entire week to have these issues fixed, which is extremely difficult when you cannot even store food. I requested a rental credit, but no one has contacted me about it. The management is terrible and seems poorly organized. It is very difficult to meet with the property manager, and every time I go to the office, I get no real help. If I could leave 0 stars I would I didn’t even apply due to poor service and management. I went to view the property and was treated by a leasing agent who was glued to her phone didn’t answer my questions with the slightest effort she said that people have roaches. Still, they can’t do anything if they’re dirty but that didn’t make sense when their mediocre showroom had dead roaches and old appliances. Showrooms should be at least somewhat appealing but no, old appliances, rushed paint jobs, and water damage behind mirrors. I would not recommend moving here.

I completed a tour and was highly disappointed with the experience. My tour guide was Tamika, and as soon as I walked in, she was on the phone with someone and appeared to be in a bad mood. Once she got off the phone, she asked what I was there for. I explained that I had a scheduled tour at that time, but before I could finish speaking, she cut me off to ask how many bedrooms I was looking for. She then sighed and said that this was the last tour she was doing for the day and that she was done. I was immediately baffled by her unprofessional attitude and rudeness, and I felt very unwelcome. The service sucks if any of your appliances breaks in your Unit it will take months or weeks for this company to change it or have someone to replace it. My sister lives here and it took at least 7 months to replace her Dryer and she pays 2200 plus on rent monthly. M I live here as well and pays my rent every month I work full-time jobs to do so my washing machine has been broken for 3 weeks I went into the office and asked if someone could take a look at it, no one has come. I also made 2 complaints about this to the management company AION still no results yet. Do I recommended this place No and when it comes to cleaning up outside forget about it they make sure the outside of the office gets cleaned. My neighbor slipped and fell on the stairs because of all the leaves during the fall

I’ve been living here for about a year, and I really appreciate how friendly and professional the assistant manager was to me , Kia L. King . She’s always approachable, quick to respond, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or request, she handled it efficiently and with a positive attitude. Kia helps make this community feel well-managed and welcoming. I’m thankful for her dedication and hard work!
