The Flats at 1204 Apartments

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER FOR NO REASON EVER. THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES. THE AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK WHEN I MOVED IN BEEN HERE OVER FOR OVER 5 MONTHS THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THEM. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN OUT HERE TO SPRAY FOR ROACHES NOT ONE TIME. THEY OVER CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THEY DON'T PROVIDE. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND CARELESS. MAINTENANCE SUCKS THEY NEVER REPLY OR FIX ANYTHING. THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. MOLD GROWING IN THE APARTMENT BECAUSE THEY WANT FIX A LEAKING SINK. I GET NO SLEEP DUE TO THE HEAT AND ROACHES EVERYWHERE CONSTANTLY CRAWLING ON ME. IM CONSTANTLY SICK IN BETWEEN THE HEAT THE ROACHES AND THE MOLD.

I wouldn't move here unless you want about 1,000 extra pets. No, I'm not talking about the homeless cats outside the complex. I have roaches and nothing I have done has gotten rid of them. I contacted the leasing office for 3 weeks before they did anything about it. They sent Terminix out to treat for them and they are STILL here. Kinda horrifying to realize that this is how I will be living for a year. Shari, the assistant manager, and Joy, the manager, are not communicating with me. I'm just stuck living in this roach infested apartment and no one at SMP Management cares. If you can live literally anywhere else, I would.

The worst place to live the manager Shari adams has the worst attitude an is very unprofessional. They have roaches an don’t do anything about it she will send illegal emails trying to evict you. Not to mention she locks the online portal an is never really in office for you to pay if I was anyone I would definitely do my research before moving over there I sure wish I would have an the floors will come up if anything tugs it

Worst place to live. The stairs are a safety hazard they charge for repairs on their appliances. They are terrible at communicating so we wound up having to pay more that we were to supposed to. The price is not worth what you get. If you're looking for somewhere to stay please choose somewhere else. Biggest regret of my life.

This place is horrendous. Roaches EVERYWHERE! They refuse to do anything about it. We have asked for maintenance so many times but NOBODY shows up. There is flooding in the complex so there are millions of mosquitoes. They will not fix the flooding. They will do and say anything to get you to sign a lease here but do not let them trick you. It’s absolutely disgusting here.
