At the office the young lady Yancy is very helpful great customer service.Maintance is gratis i recomiendo living here.i did want to mencionarle the appliances are dated looks like from the 1920s i would say maybe the owner should update the appliances to modern appliances and look into making more parking spaces perhaps numbered/ reserved spaces.

I cannot tell you how much I really appreciate how much effort the manager put it into setting up the Ice Cream social for today. She had ice cream, snacks, water, etc and an inflatable dinosaur. She is the best because she cares about the community and I appreciate it so much and god bless you everyday. Thank you so much for everything.

UPDATED REVIEW POSTED SEPT 2022 Until recently I have been very happy living at the Fields of Falls Church. However, some time in the last year or so there was a change in management. Under previous management, community notices were cordial and informative. Under the current management, all communications from the leasing office include direct threats - the removal and destruction of unattended bicycles (prior to installation of bike racks), immediate towing of vehicles not displaying parking passes, and threats to terminate tenancy due to rent being increased and auto-pay not updating - over a $41 short payment, the rest of which was paid on-time.
