The Fieldhouse Apartments

The people who put up these apartments are willing to do many illegal things, it’s questionable if they care for general well being and safety of people. They have lied multiple times in an effort to get buy-in for their money maker. They promised (with nothing binding them) that these would be affordable apartments, then backtracked and said they would match market prices, all within one public city hall meeting. They failed to notify many of their neighbors when they would be ripping up the road and parking spots, they also destroyed many front yards and did permanent damage to retaining walls. Awesome apartments! I really like the 4% cash back each month for just paying rent not to mention the one months free rent.

A 1bd for $1,900? The income requirements seem fair but the prices do not mirror those restrictions. I was very excited to finally see the floorplans and possibly submit an application. But at $1,900 per month that is more than the local going rates.

Very excited to see these apartments finally come to life. Hopefully I can snag one soon as most of the housing in this town is garbage.
