Absolute Nightmare, Stay FAR Away! Do NOT rent from these liars and scammers. Here’s what happened to us in less than 12 months: We signed a lease and were told point-blank by the first manager that the $400 “security deposit” we paid upfront was specifically for cleaning, carpet, and any minor restorations, exactly what it says on the paperwork. She assured us multiple times it would cover normal wear and tear. Fast forward a year: that manager is long gone (no surprise), and by move-out we were on our FOURTH property manager. Yes, fourth in one year. The turnover here is insane and should tell you everything. At move-out they hit us with a $335 “damage” bill for basic cleaning and a couple of microscopic scuffs that happen in any lived-in apartment. When we reminded them about the $400 d

1-Star Review Do not rent here – this complex has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. During our one-year lease, we dealt with four different managers. Constant turnover meant every maintenance request or question started from scratch, with no continuity or follow-through. Communication was a joke. When it came time to renew, we applied to extend the lease with the only change being the addition of a roommate (who passed all screening). They still forced me to reapply from scratch even though I was already a resident in good standing. When I asked if they had specific credit requirements, they said no. Despite all that, they denied our renewal without any real explanation, forcing us to move on short notice. The worst part came after move-out. We paid a $400 non-refundable res

Erin the leasing agent is an overachiever for sure!! She went above and beyond to help me with the application and is making sure I’ll have the exact unit we looked at on the tour when it’s my time to move in!!! I greatly appreciate people like her, thanks again!!!!! 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

Update 2025: Still a decent place to live. Rent went up by $30 a month again this year, which isn’t ideal. On the bright side the current office manager is kind and competent. If an issue arose she was quick to get it dealt with and always kept me updated. The property still needs more maintenance workers. There has been some storm damage from this spring that has yet to be dealt with and I know there is a backlog of maintenance requests from tenants. Overall my rating stays about the same from last year. 2024:This place is decent for the price. It’s overall been a nice place to live with good amenities. I do wish there was more storage space and that the one bedrooms had washer and dryer hook ups. I would like to note that I’ve had my car broken into ( I don’t keep valuables in my car so

Pros: * Good Location- easy access to Kansas and Sunshine * Pet Friendly- lots of places to walk close by * Modern apartments * Friendly neighbors * Good amenities- laundry, gym, pool, community events Cons: * Parking- multiple issues with parking; people park work vehicles and take up a lot of the parking; there are several vehicles that have been sitting for months with flat tires, etc. * People don’t pick up after their dogs. There is a good chance you’ll step in poo anytime you walk in the grass. Management doesn’t keep the dog stations stocked or cleaned. * Siding is coming off of several buildings and has been off for months with no signs of getting it fixed.
