Edit for Owner: Saying several email chains is a bit misleading as it would have been less than a handful of emails on a small amount of chains unless you and the property manager, Katherine Deshong, have only suddenly found my emails regarding vitriolic tenant disagreements from over a year ago? I stopped my correspondence because it felt, much like you did in my response and many others here, swept to the side. I'm making my plans and continuing to deal with this ridiculousness is to be your problem and not mine, but a public review is necessary so that others don't fall for the trap of chasing you down to listen to something that could give them the wrong impression (from a tenant's standpoint). I would give zero stars if that were an option. Ferrara Management took over as our management company in October, and our experience has been consistently disappointing. They have been unresponsive, dismissive, and unprofessional. A small leak caused by a contractor’s negligence resulted in damage to our kitchen cabinets. I took time off from work to meet with their team to assess the damage, but no one showed up. There was no communication or explanation until I reached out an hour and a half after their scheduled arrival. Despite clear physical damage (the cabinet door swelled and split), they insisted on a simple patch rather than a proper replacement. Awful experience in having them install a simple divider on an outdoor balcony. Ot will take them over 10 visits to do this simple job. They don’t even want ton-use a small extension ladder to repair the divider but need access to your apartment. No specifications to do the job and don’t have the skill set tondo the job correctly. Find another Maintenance company that has the experience to do the job right the first time.

I spotted a couple of mice in my apartment. So I signed up for their exterminator service twice. Their sheet says "Fourth Saturday of every month. 10am to 1pm". They never came. I might have to pay hundreds for a private professional now.

Currently, I am a shareholder of a building in Manhattan managed by Ferrara Management Group and living out of the country, subletting my apartment. Today, when I contacted Ferrara Management Group, after receiving NO communication from them or the board about the state of the building in over 2 years outside of letting me know a board member resigned which caused me concern, I was: -denied when I asked who the current board members of the building are. -denied access to a video link to our annual shareholder meeting which was provided until last year's meeting. Ferrara informed me the meeting is held it in the building now and to participate I must come in person. When I pointed out that would be impossible for me and some other shareholders and asked for them to simply add back the vi
