My loan agent was great he walked me through the process every step of the way and was there to answer any questions I had. But unfortunately, once everything was done, he stopped answering my calls and never answered my emails or voice messages. Typical sales Rep. Once they get you as a customer they don't care about you anymore. The following review is for the VA Board. The VA funding fee should be a flat rate not a percentage of the loan. The VA is supposed to help keep cost down and make the loan affordable. For the fee you charge, it's basically the interest the Vet would have saved by getting the lower interest rate.
