The Falls at Arlington

My mom lived here for 11 years until I had to put her in a nursing home. My son has been here for 3 years. I just moved in May 10th, 24. Im not leaving until I find my forever home, that is if this is not it. I have lived in apartments all my life except for a 10 year period. I can say, from experience, this resident manager is an Ace. On holidays, if possible, Annette makes little goody bags for her tenants! What resident manager does that! She does a lot for our little community and that is what makes this place so special. Another rare thing she does is she stays on top of maintenance and the companies that they rely on for parts for maintenance. I love home. Thank you Annette. P.S. Annette is a very kind and caring person too.

I will say this is a place that is well taken care of. They really go above and beyond for there tenants. 3 times a year they pay for a food truck to come and they pay for there tenants to eat at it. If you have an issue they address it asap. They are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond for the tenants so you feel welcome. We have been here for about 4 years and plan on being here for life. When you move you always are wanting to find your special spot. Well you are in luck this is a special place. It is very quiet, our neighborhood is very friendly, we are all will to help everyone out, we are more like a BIG family. I would recommend anyone looking for there special place to feel at home this is it. Sometimes people just say things to give good reviews I am not that

Very nice community. Excellent Manager Annette and Maintenance man Brandon The apartments are perfect size and price. They take very good care of the landscape. I’m very happy I found this apartment complex.

I just want to say that I've enjoyed my time at The Falls at Arlington. Annette and her staff have been wonderful. Everything has been kept nice and tidy, repairs are done quickly, and they are great with communication. It truly shows they care about their tenants.

The staff are very responsive. Maintainence issues are addressed and resolved post haste. Annette, in the office, is a top notch point of contact who is very approachable and easy to work with. I am pleased to have found The Falls for my residence.
