The Falls Apartments

We love everyone of the staff members at the Falls, especially Faith! She always greets us with a smile and we always have great conversations! I have noticed that she not only gives us great service but she gives the service to everyone who lives in the complex! The Falls facility is very family friendly! My family loves the exercise facility! During the summer we love being at the pool and swimming especially with our family and granddaughters!! Great location especially to the greenbelt walking/biking path and to downtown! Howard Hart

The Falls has absolutely outstanding staff! Especially the maintenance team! They respond very quickly to work orders and make you feel like a priority. The leasing staff goes above and beyond to answer questions and give the best possible living condition. It truly feels like luxury. Great neighbors and amenities. Two 👍s way up!

I have lived in many different apartment complexes all around Eastern Idaho but The Falls is one of the best! Their whole team is great at communication and maintenance will complete any issue so fast. Great place to live!

We've lived here for two and a half years now, and I've gotta say I think The Falls has the best maintenance team around! The office managers are also fantastic at what they do, and so friendly! Here you get all the exceptionally well-maintained amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, playground, planned fun events with the other residents, walking trails, fireworks every fourth of July...) with the fair price, aaaaand all the hiccups have been worked out already! The Falls has a great thing going on here!
