The Falcon Apartments

-- WARNING: LOOK ELSEWHERE -- I lived at the Falcon for two years, and man do I regret ever choosing this place. It is run by crooks who attempt to exploit the tenants. Rent will increase every year here by $40-$50 despite no improvements being made to the apartments. They will slowly push you out of the apartment by design to exploit your wallet and then drop the price to sucker in the next person. Asking over $900 for a 500 sq ft studio is insane. Maintenance takes over two weeks to respond to requests which resulted in me having to fix most issues myself. They have no sense of urgency or care at all. Most of what they do is for show, like their fancy lobby. Don't be fooled by it. The paint job in my studio looked like a child painted it with missing paint all over, and areas bleeding

Just moved out after living her for a little over a year and a half. I highly recommend living at The Falcon if you’re considering it! The property managers and residents are all lovely and I have no complaints about my time living there. Staff is quick to reply to emails and requests, the property is always clean and well taken care of, including the pool. I wish a washer and dryer had come standard in my studio layout when I rented, but I was offered the option to pay more to have one in unit, so if you’re willing to spend a bit more each month on rent, you can! Great location, super safe, extremely quiet and peaceful place to live.

I've been here about 5 months and can say this is a fantastic apartment complex. Super friendly staff, very modern and convenient online resources, and just overall a quiet and well-managed place. The grounds are well-kept and your fellow tenants all seem clean and respectful mostly. The unit's walls are very well insulated. It's rare that I hear my neighbors at all. Occasionally, some footsteps or thuds from above, but nothing unreasonable. You do have noise from the highway obviously, but it's not too bad, and running a fan at night makes it totally fine. It eventually just blends into the background. The neighborhood, despite being full of apartments, actually feels pretty safe. I go on regular walks, and there are plenty of other walkers, and I never see anything sketchy. Security se

I have lived at the Falcon ever since moving to Springfield, and have not considered moving to a different place. The staff is extremely attentive, even working past their hours to get a small issue fixed. I have not had any issues since my move in! The staff, the safety of the property, and the quiet environment, all contribute to an excellent stay. I would recommend this complex to any family/friends who are looking for an apartment!

The apartments and building are beautiful and newer. The neighborhood it is in is peaceful and quiet area but it is next to a busy interstate freeway. Maintenance is quick to respond to problems, management addresses issues as needed and in a timely manner and housekeeping staff is friendly and does their job well. Best part is they are all pet friendly! Great place to live.
